To confirm reservation, please deposit 50% of the total charge amount. Send your deposit slip or its equivalent by
E-Mail : ciabelhotelfitness@gmail.com. Reservation is complete once your deposit is acknowledged.
booking modification
Confirmed bookings maybe modified 48 hours before check in depending on the availability of the rooms. Rebooking less than 48 hours before check in incurs a rebooking fee of 1500 per day on the booked dates.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation of booking must be done through E-mail: ciabelhotelfitness@gmail.com or by calling 072-682-0919 | 09569612339 | 09982910080 and must be received by Ciabel Hotel and Fitness Center personnel.

Reservation may be cancelled 48 hours before check in date.

No refund of reservation fee if cancellation is made less than 48 hours to check in date.

No refund if customer will not show up on check in date.
Refund will take from 10 to 15 business days to be processed. Once processed, it will be refunded to the guest’s credit card or be deposited to the guest’s bank account depending upon the original payment method.
